Terms of Service

What we provide. Auspexis provides fractional CPG analytics services, including data analysis, reporting, buyer story development, inventory monitoring, and AI-powered analytics tools. The specific scope of services for each client is defined in the applicable engagement agreement.

Portal credentials. Access to the client portal at portal.auspexis.com is provided to active clients as part of their engagement. Portal credentials are confidential and may not be shared with unauthorized individuals. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate portal access if these terms are violated.

Proprietary tools. Our services include proprietary AI-powered analytics tools. These tools are provided as part of the consulting engagement and are not licensed as standalone software. Output from AI tools should be reviewed and validated as part of the broader analytics process. We continuously improve our tools, and functionality may be updated during the course of an engagement.

Ownership. All proprietary tools, methodologies, reports, and materials developed by Auspexis remain the intellectual property of LvR Intelligence LLC. Deliverables created for a client — including reports, presentations, and analysis — are provided for that client’s internal business use. Neither party acquires rights to the other’s pre-existing intellectual property.

We treat all client data and business information as confidential. Both parties agree to protect confidential information received during the engagement. Specific confidentiality terms may be outlined in a separate mutual NDA or engagement agreement.

Third-party data sources. We strive for accuracy in all analysis and reporting. Our work is based on the data sources provided to us or available through syndicated data providers. We do not guarantee the accuracy of underlying third-party data. Clients should use our deliverables as one input in their business decision-making process.

Payment terms, engagement fees, and billing schedules are defined in the applicable engagement agreement between Auspexis and the client. These terms do not establish specific pricing.

Auspexis provides analytics and consulting services on a best-efforts basis. We are not liable for business decisions made based on our analysis, nor for issues arising from third-party data accuracy. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate an engagement as outlined in the applicable engagement agreement. Upon termination, client portal access will be deactivated and we will provide a reasonable transition period for data and deliverable handoff.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of California.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our websites or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
